All videos that are embedded within posts to this board automatically become part of our Video Data Base. You can view thumbnails of all of these videos by clicking the View Posted Video Thumbnails link line.

NOTE: If you are on a computer, you should open your display to FULL-SCREEN for the best viewing experience.

When you click on the View Posted Video Thumbnails link line, you will get a screen consisting of navigation control buttons on the top and a collage of rows and columns of video thumbnails underneath. The number of video thumbnails displayed will depend on your screen resolution.

The most recently embedded videos have the lowest numbers. Your initial display will show the recently embedded videos.

You use the red and green control buttons to navigate through the data base.

The red buttons enable you to move back toward the Start (Video 1). If moving back the specified distance is not possible because it would (impossibly) take you prior to Video 1, it will instead move you back to the Start (Video 1).

The green buttons enable you to move forward toward the End (the last video in the data base). The "End Display" always consists of the last video at the lower right preceded by the number of previous videos necessary to fill the page. If moving forward the specified distance is not possible because it would take you beyond the "End Display", it will move you forward to the "End Display."

The term "page" refers to the all the video thumbnails displayed on the screen. The term "row" refers to a horizontal group of consecutive videos.

Below is a description of all the navigation tools. As a convenience, each item is designated with a letter.



A Go back to Start (Video 1)
B Go back 100 videos
C Go back 50 videos
D Go back 1 page
E Go back 1 row
F Go back 1 video
G SHOW LESS or SHOW MORE thumbnails on the screen. SHOW LESS displays larger images. SHOW MORE displays smaller images.
H Go forward 1 video
I. Go forward 1 row
J. Go forward 1 page
K Go forward 50 videos
L. Go forward 100 videos
M Go forward to End Display (as described above)
N SHUFFLE - re-arrange all the video thumbnails in the Data Base in a random order
O The sequence number of the first video on the page
P.The sequence number of the last video on the page
Q The number of videos in the Video Data Base
R RESTORE - put all the video thumbnails in the data base in their original order

At any time, you can click on any displayed thumbnail and instantly play that video. It will initially play while embedded but you have the option to view it full-screen at any time by clicking the rectangle that appears at the lower right within the thumbnail. You can also click "YouTube" to view it within that environment.

That's it! Hopefully this post takes all the mystery out of how to navigate our Video Data Base. Once you've played with the buttons you will see that they are extremely easy to use.
